Langdon & Langdon Financial Services, LLC opened in 1999, and is operated
by Lorenzo W. Langdon, his son Thomas, and his son-in-law Randall Jarvis.  The
office is located in the heart of Downtown Southington in the space formerly
occupied by the "Baker's Shoe Store."

   In 1998, after over 40 years in business, Mr. Wilfred Kisser retired and closed
Baker's Shoe Store in downtown Southington.  After several months of renovations
to the former retail store to transform it into office space, Langdon & Langdon
Financial Services, LLC opened in February, 1999 to provide tax preparation and
planning services for the local community.

Lorenzo W. Langdon

   Lorenzo W. Langdon is a principal of Langdon & Langdon Financial Services,
LLC. He graduated from C.W. Post Long Island University with a degree in
Accounting and Economics, and holds a Masters Degree in Education from
Central Connecticut State University and a 6th Year Certificate in Educational
Administration and Supervision from The University of Connecticut. Rennie has
over 35 years of Tax Preparation experience.

   Lorenzo was formerly Principal of J.A. DePaolo Middle School in Southington,
CT, and prior to becoming a school principal, he taught business and accounting
classes at Southington High School. He has also been an Adjunct Professor of
Accounting at Briarwood College and Tunxis Community College. He has been
involved with his local community, serving as a member and Chairman of The
Southington Public Library Board of Trustees, and was formerly a member and
officer of the Southington Exchange Club.

   Lorenzo's primary responsibility at the firm is to oversee the tax, payroll, and
bookkeeping services offered at Langdon & Langdon Financial Services, LLC.

Randall G. Jarvis, CFP
      Randall G. Jarvis holds a Bachelor's Degree in
Economics from The University of Connecticut, and
has several years of insurance and accounting
experience at CIGNA and The Hartford Insurance
Group. Randy has also had extensive tax
preparation training and experience, and is a
Certified Financial Planner (R).
        Randy has been active in local civic sports leagues, has served on local
political committees, and was formerly President of the River's Edge
Condominum Association Board.  He has taught CCD Classes at St. Aloysius
Church in Southington, and has also served as a coach for several youth
sports activities in Southington.

        Randy's primary responsibility at the firm is preparation of Federal and
State Income Tax Returns, and preparation of quarterly returns for business
clients.
Thomas P. Langdon, Esq.
Thomas P. Langdon is a principal of Langdon &
Langdon Financial Services, LLC.  He is also an
associate professor of business law at Roger
Williams University (Bristol, RI), and is an adjunct
professor of Taxation at Georgetown University
(Washington, DC) and Fordham University (New
York, NY).  Thomas was formerly Professor of
Taxation at The American College (Bryn Mawr,
PA).  Tom is an attorney admitted to the
Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and U.S. Tax Court Bar.  He received a Bachelor
of Science in finance and an Masters degree in Business Administration from
The University of Connecticut, Master of Science in Financial Services from
The American College, Juris Doctor (JD) from Western New England College
School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Villanova University School
of Law.

         Mr. Langdon is a member of numerous professional organizations, and
his leadership positions include service on the Board of Examiners for the
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards; examination grader for the
Chartered Financial Analysts Examination; Academic Advisor to the
American Society of CLU & ChFC Business and Compensation Planning
Section; and Education Committee Member for The Financial Analysts of
Philadelphia. His community service leadership positions included service as
Secretary of the State of Connecticut Task Force on Superfund (CERCLA)
Reform; Chairman of the Southington, Connecticut Public Library Board of
Trustees; Chairman of the Barnes Museum Board of Trustees; and member of
the Southington, Connecticut Town Council.

         Thomas is co-author of
Income Tax Planning for Financial Planners
(1st and 2nd Editions), a textbook used by Colleges and Universities preparing
individuals to become Certified Financial Planners.
